This Christmas, we came up with some tips and tricks to get every inch of your house in the holiday spirit. No matter what your stylistic preference is for the winter season (whether it's classy, colorful, farmhouse, or modern), these scenes can be recreated in homes with all sorts of styles and themes; just make it your own!

Up next is the space that first comes to mind when thinking about a cozy Christmas: the mantel. If your decorating style leans more towards classic and traditional, we've rounded up some tips to get your mantel decked out in classic Christmas colors and ready for Santa's arrival.

The Most Wonderful Colors of the Year

We weren't afraid to make this space pop, and you shouldn't be either! We definitely had an attitude of "the more the merrier" when placing a different sized and colored trees on the mantel, and even bigger trees on the floor (which make the perfect environment for our reindeer). The reds and greens are such a great accent to Christmas traditions like stockings and wreaths, and it really helps everyone get into the Christmas spirit. We brought in some more colors and patterns by draping some of our favorite throws up against a natural wood blanket ladder. The only thing that would make this scene better is a crackling fire and a Hallmark movie playing in the background.

Sleigh All Day

Wrapped Christmas presents are a display in of themselves - even thinking about them we get excited! Imagine our delight when seeing them piled up in a big sleigh on the hearth of the fireplace. It is an unexpected and exciting twist to your every year display of Christmas gifts, and we think Santa might even be a little jealous of its design.
