Deck Your House For the Holidays: Bathroom

Posted on November 15, 2018

This Christmas, we came up with some tips and tricks to get every inch of your house in the holiday spirit. No matter what your stylistic preference is for the winter season (whether it's classy, colorful, farmhouse, or modern), these scenes can be recreated in homes with all sorts of styles and themes; just make it your own!

Yes, Christmas spirit can (and should) be brought into your bathroom. Shiny toilets, clean towels, and a seasonal scented candle are the bare minimum requirements for a Christmas-ready bathroom. Here are a few additional suggestions to take your bathroom to the next level of holiday hospitality.

The Star On Top (of Your Toilet)

What better way to make your holiday guests comfortable (and chuckle) than topping your toilet with the perfect carrier for "the solution to bathroom pollution"- Poo-Pourri. This bathroom necessity made its way to town in an adorable sleigh that is accented by a sprig of pine. It truly is the star on top of our Christmas styled bathroom.

Creating a Winter Wonderland

Creating a seasonal scene on your bathroom vanity will take a short amount of time but goes a long way to spruce up your space. And it's a great way to use up empty space. Our Vail inspired trees are the perfect habitat for natural Alpine™ reindeer. Sprinkle in some natural wood tealights to really set the mood and keep your bathroom space warm and inviting.

White Frost Christmas

In efforts to soften the decor but still display bathroom necessities, we styled our cotton balls and hand soap in white frost silicone tumblers and a soap tray, which are better brought to guests' attention with the help of a wood pedestal.
